The location of the hotel is great, everything is easily reachable, and the famous yellow tram 28 drives along the next street. The staff is very helpful and professional. We had a whole day left in Lisbon after checking out, and we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel. The room has everything you need and it is quite spacious and clean.

Room was clean and cozy, cleaned every day. Staff is very kind, we had everything we needed. Towels and sheets smelled so nice. We were able to use the kitchen and terrace.There is someone at the reception all the time. I was feeling safe because of that, and also, enterance and hallways are covered with cameras. Location is good, near metro and bus stations. We are so happy with our stay, it really exceeded our expectations.

We had such a good experience renting this place. Position is great, walking distance (10 min) to main attractions and the zone is surrounded by all facilities (metro, supermarkets, shops, restaurants) Room was very spacious and super clean (they came to clean our room every day and every day they changed our towels). Host was very polite and attentive. As only suggestion, I d add a kettle in the room. Nothing to complain abt. So worthed to stay at this place.

Had a very comfortable stay in room 105. The lift/elevator was a huge help as the kitchen was on the 4th floor. The accommodation was in a good location for grocery shopping, laundromat and sight-seeing. We just walked everywhere. The TV even had English speaking channels.

Close to Metro Intendente. 2 mn walking to the avenue Almirante Reis. People talking loudly on the street at night. The hotel just remodeled, rooms are clean. Old style lift but it helps us a lot. The hotel building is safe with code at the entrance. Rooms are located on the 4th, 5th floor. I think the area is not very good at night time.

The room had a king size bed, fan and balcony. The wc area was always clean. Some guests have no manners, yet, the staff did their best. It is safe to have showers. There is a cctv circuit in the common areas for safety reasons. The kitchen closes at 22:30. There are several fridges available for the guests. There was a young man, from the staff, very proficient and problem solver. The location is a privilege.

Lovely staff, 24hr help desk and wonderful service. Room was wonderful, water ran consistently hot, and bathroom/room were so clean. Wonderful

Quite in the center, bus stops were near. It was clean, the bathroom was also clean. 24/7 surveillance and reception.

The balcony view is amazing! It was clean, cheap and the location at 2-3 minutes from the subways and nice coffees is really nice!

Very clean, central and close to the metro. If you look for just a clean bed to sleep and dont want to spend money its a perfect place. My room even had a nice balcony to sit.
